What will happen if AI begins to take over music?
Even if AI begins to take over, a small amount of people will still value live human music, similar to how we still appreciate vinyl records. Unless AI accomplishes live music too, which is rather unlikely considering the best they can do is holograms, then live music shall remain save for human performance only.
AI is involved in most aspects of our lives from Siri on our phones to navigation in our cars. It is clearly an a part of our daily lives that is here to stay, so we must learn to accommodate it and utilise it without letting it grow out of control. We've become accustomed to AI being there, if not dependent on it so I find it no surprise that its steadily grown into most parts of music.
What else I need to make notes of before continuing my essay.
Before I continue writing and perfecting my essay, I want to make sure I've researched each of the topics in my plan enough. I want to explore AI voice cloning software and how it works as well as Vocaloid in particular to add an example to my work. I also need to research how artificial intelligence has developed throughout the years in music. How and when did it start? Where do I think it could go from here? And I need to look up how to correctly do Harvard Referencing as I've forgotton.
